Our Timeline for learning to use our words and work out moments that upset us~

Conscious Discipline is a wonderful program through Dr. Becky Bailey that allows us to work on our emotions (expressing our selves in the better ways-emotional literacy), use our words, and revisit items that have hurt our feelings, or made us angry.
